We currently ship products to specific areas of Ernakulam District, Kerala. Please ensure that your address is within our delivery zones before placing an order.

2. Delivery Times

- Exchanged orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days

4. Tracking Orders 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking can be done in the app itself.

5. Failed Deliveries 

- If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, or if no one is available to accept the delivery, our delivery team will attempt to contact you.

- After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a reshipping fee may apply.
